ABOUT

ARR has worked on large University Campuses throughout the State of Alabama, Multiple School Districts, Government Facilities, Municipalities, Industries, Power Generating Plants and Multiple General Contractors.

We are diligent in sticking to the ARR process: Evaluate, Protect, Restore.

EVALUATE

As the first step in the remediation and restoration process, our team of trained experts will come out to the site of the damage to assess and evaluate the most efficient plan of action.

PROTECT

Once a plan is set in place, protection and isolation of unaffected areas is the next step in our process. ARR team members have received extensive training on handling hazardous materials and protecting unaffected areas.

RESTORE

After proper handling of the damage, the restoration process will begin. We have the resources and craftsmanship to bring your property back to excellent condition.

The last step of our process calls for Final Clearance. We can provide Final Clearance Testing through a Third-Party Inspector, or it can be performed by the Owners Consultant.

ARR has never failed a clearance test!

BILL LUNSFORD

Bill has been the champion for the redevelopment of downtown Tuscaloosa. He has helped revitalize several historic, downtown properties and has also started new properties that will serve as classic landmarks throughout the years.

Bill’s success in founding numerous West Alabama business ventures is built on a few basic principles: delivering a good product, treating others fairly and supporting the community. Embracing these principles, Bill has over thirty-five years worth of satisfied customers in ventures ranging from tree farms to real estate developments to commercial construction projects. In all his ventures, Bill emphasizes personal service from the minute a customer calls to the second the job is complete. Alabama Restoration and Remediation is a perfect extension of that philosophy. When facing damage to your property, Bill and his team have the expertise, resources and dedication to get your property back to its original condition with as much care as they would show working on their own homes.

A 1968 graduate of Livingston University (the University of West Alabama), Bill has been a leader in several organizations serving the community including the Alabama Home Builders Association, the Tuscaloosa Home Builders Association, the American Red Cross, the West Alabama Chamber of Commerce, and several others
